Originally named "Friendly Computer Services" but now shortened to FCS, FCS was founded in 1997 by Jeremy Nelson to provide IT services to local businesses. After a period of success, but a willingness to evolve, FCS transitioned to the managed services model but quickly realized its passion lay with providing solutions to customers' current problems rather than taking a proactive approach. FCS transitioned back to a break-fix and changed the focus of its efforts away from local businesses to focus on working with larger organizations like manufacturers and education departments and has stuck with that direction ever since.
FCS' mission is to provide market-leading computer repair and critical care solutions to large organizations with prompt reliable service and a professional attitude towards our support tasks.
